LLAN members prepared the English full translation of the Supreme Court decision on the treatment of the transgender female state government’s employee.

On 11 July 2023, the Supreme Court ruled that restriction by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on the MtF transgender employee’s use of the women’s restroom is illegal.
